This was My first visit with my young rescue, Toby. The clinic was welcoming, clean and well designed for all pets to feel comfortable. They were thorough, helpful and informative examining him and giving him shots as well as prescribing preventative medication to keep him healthy.
I was in a bit of a hurry, and they accommodated me without taking any shortcuts on his care.

Our vet was very nice and super easy to talk to. He listened to our concerns and gave us genuine and understandable answers. Sometimes we can feel like we are being judged for things happening to our animals and he does not do this at all. The staff who helped us were also so nice and helpful.
They took good care of our pups and explained in detail how things went during surgery. They also provided us a book of photos before and after surgery, which included the x-ray photos. The practice is very transparent about everything they plan to do! I appreciate their hard work.
I was very happy with the service😀. I was seen right away and they did a complimentary nail cutting because Fluffy's nail was ingrown. I was only charged for the office visit and left very happy. The office visit was cheaper than other vets, it was only $58.00. …

Cesar is amazing when he left the front I was sad he loved my dogs as his own and was great at booking and handling customers.
Dr. Scott he is the best veterinarian in the world he understands dog and is a true expert unfortunately i tried to book appointments and they said there is none available for four months so I decided to find a new doctor.
Today I called to make a appt to have my Piper spayed. Once again you ask for a $100 deposit, last time I payed you a $200 deposit for spaying my 2 other yorkies. That money was apply to other vet bills . So when I had those yorkies spayed I expected to have a $200 credit and didn’t. I have never came into ark animal hospital and not payed my bills in full, you told me I had outstanding balances that you applied that money toward. So when you asked for another $100 deposit I said NO and you wouldn’t override it so I’m taking my dogs else where. By the way Piper never grew
This is the only vet I've taken my 8 month old puppy to for all of her shots and checkups. Today, my puppy decided to eat one our house plants, which made her extreamly ill. Of course, we immediatly took her to her vet to make sure she was going to be okay and did not need to be admitted.
ONLY for them to tell us, sorry, we're not seeing any more patients today. THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! I would understand if we were new to this vet, but we are not new! I will no longer be using this vet for my fur baby.
